Once an order is placed, they also track its progress to ensure timely delivery. When parts arrive, each shipment is carefully inspected alongside the delivery driver to confirm everything is damage-free. Invoices are coded and entered into our management system for proper tracking and accountability. From there, the parts specialist pulls the cart and begins the mirror-matching process.
Once disassembly is complete, all parts that need replacement are hung on the cart, making the comparison clear and visual. Each new part is matched against the damaged original to confirm accuracy. This step is critical—incorrect parts can lead to significant delays.
When the mirror-matching process is complete, no unmatched parts should remain on the cart. At that point, both the cart and vehicle move forward in the repair process. In addition to parts, our specialists also coordinate sublet services such as scheduling pick-ups and deliveries for alignments and wheel repairs. They also manage the ordering and organization of all materials, including paint and other essential supplies.
